COMPLAINTS

We provide only top quality product, your order has been carefully packed before shipping and we make every effort to minimise the risk of damage during delivery. Upon delivery of the products make sure everything is complete and undamaged. If you are missing a product or receive a product with a defect, please contact us via email orders@zocohome.com

RETURNS

Purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. 

If you have changed your mind about the item you purchased, we can accept the item you wish to return in exchange for another item or a sales voucher you can use in our store. 

Returning the goods are not possible in following cases: 
- Custom made products
- Tiles

Package the items in a shipping box with sufficient protective material to defend against damage during shipping. Zoco Home will not be responsible for return expenses or any damages during return.
