We are looking for a Accounting & Office Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should be analytical, detail-oriented, and honest. The ideal Accounting & Office Manager should possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a strong understanding of accounting and management principles and financial legislation
• Daily activities of the accounting and ensuring that all daily, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and be responsible for all necessary internal reporting required
• Support other departments to meet needs of the finance department.
• Drive development of new efficient processes and procedures
• Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures,
• Qualified Accountant with Spanish Gaap Knowledge.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, HR and management principles.
• Degree in Accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, office, bookkeeping and ERP softwares
• Time management and prioritization skills
