How to order

Purchasing step-by-step

1. Browse through our online catalogue using the navigation bar and selecting categories from the drop-down menus. Alternatively, click on the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner to narrow down your search.

2. Once you have found the product you want, choose the quantity you wish to order. Some products will require you to choose a size, colour or other details from a drop-down menu.

3. If you would like to continue shopping, select the "Add to cart" button and your chosen product/s will be added automatically to your shopping cart. If you have finished browsing, you can select the “Buy it now” option that will take you directly to checkout.

4. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time while browsing without navigating to another page by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.

NOTE: In your shopping cart you have the option to remove and edit the quantities of any items selected. Here you can also view the basic information of each item and the SUBTOTAL of your cart which does not include Shipping.

5. If you are ready to checkout, check that the items listed in your shopping cart are correct and then select a payment option for Express Checkout (Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal etc.) and follow the instructions or simply “Place your order” for any other payment options.

6. Once you start placing your order you will be taken to the secure checkout page where you will be asked to enter your Contact Information.

NOTE: If you already have an account with us, click on the “Log in” button above the email enter bar and sign in with your email address and password. You can always place an order without registering.

7. Fill in your Shipping Address.

8. Add any Gift Cards and/or Discount/Affiliate codes in the field on the right hand side of the screen.

9. Click on the “Continue to Shipping” button after checking that all the fields are entered correctly.

10. Choose a Shipping Method and view the TOTAL of your purchase on the right hand side of the screen.

11. Click on the “Proceed to payment” button.

12. Select your chosen Payment Method and follow the instructions.

13. If your Billing Address is different from your Shipping Address, please select the option to “Use a different billing address” on the bottom left of the screen, and fill in the correct billing information.

NOTE: If you have a Gift Card and/or Discount/Affiliate code, you can enter it in the field on the right-hand side of the screen at any point before clicking on the “Pay Now” button.

14. Click the “Pay Now” button and proceed to check your email for a confirmation from us to ensure that your order has been registered in our system.

If you do not receive this email confirmation, please contact our Customer Service.



Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, UnionPay and Zoco Home Gift Cards.

With PayPal, you can shop without a credit card. The payment method requires a PayPal account.

Apple Pay
Apple Pay provides an easy and secure way to pay for your online, in-app and in-store purchases using the cards saved to your Apple ID. Payments are processed through payment provider Stripe.

Google Pay
Google Pay is a fast, simple way to pay online, in-app, and in-store using the cards saved to your Google Account. Payments are processed through payment provider Stripe.

Klarna payment
Pay in instalments without any extra costs.
You can now distribute the payment of your order into three equal payments without any additional charges. It will consist of one payment per month with no extra paperwork required.

Gift Card
Zoco Home Gift Cards can be redeemed online at www.zocohome.com or in-store.
1. At checkout, fill in the information and choose the shipping method as usual.
2. Choose the payment method for the possible additional payment.
3. Enter the code from your Gift Card in the field on the right of the screen that says “Discount Code”.
4. Click on the “Apply” button, and your Gift Card balance will be deducted automatically from the TOTAL.
5. Review your order and confirm it by clicking the “Continue to payment” button.
If the TOTAL of your order exceeds your Gift Card balance, you will be redirected to payment with your chosen payment method. If your Gift Card balance covers the TOTAL, your order will be registered immediately when you click the “Continue to payment” button. Any remaining balance is stored in your Gift Card for future purchases.

Secure shopping
We are actively ensuring the security and privacy of your transactions on our website. Rest assured that your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality.
The information you are sending when placing orders is received in confidentiality and your credit card information is fully encrypted and transmitted to our payment service where they are validated and the order amount is reserved. Zoco Home does not store any credit card information.



All deliveries are shipped from our warehouse in Malaga, Spain within 24 working hours from placing the order.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic email informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the tracking code and all relevant information for tracking the order. You can verify the status of your shipment at any time from the couriers website.

Worldwide delivery
Delivery is available worldwide. If you cannot find your destination during checkout please contact our customer service here.

Shipping costs
Free shipping* to mainland Spain and Portugal for online orders over 100 euros.
Free shipping* to Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Andorra for online orders over 1000 euros.
Any other delivery costs are calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. If you want to check delivery costs for your order you must do so in the checkout after adding your products to the cart and filling in the delivery information using the dropdown list for selecting the country.
Customers outside the European Union (EU) are responsible for any customs and duties charges. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.

*Free shipping is delivered by third party couriers and does not include unpacking or assembly.

Shipping methods and times

Standard packages will be shipped via DHL.
Estimated delivery time within standard delivery is 2-7 business days but varies from country to country.
Orders from outside the EU, the customer is responsible for paying possible import duties and applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, as the goods are Delivered at Place (DAP). 
Orders from outside the EU, the package will be delivered at street level.
Orders to Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden will be delivered to pick up point.

Palletised orders will be shipped via Dachser to the shipping address.
Europe: Estimated delivery time within standard delivery is 3-9 business days but varies from country to country.
International shipping: Delivery time will be given in the quote provided by our customer service.
Deliveries take place at street level. If you would like your items to be carried inside the physical address, contact our Customer Service. Please note that this additional service is not available in all locations and is subject to extra fees.

Standard packages will be shipped via SEUR.

Local delivery in Costa Del Sol (Malaga, Spain area)
Projects and bulky items within the Costa Del Sol area (Malaga, Spain) will be delivered by Zoco Home. Delivery will be coordinated by our logistics team with you directly. Orders will be delivered inside the property. Standard local delivery includes unpacking and assembly.

Pick up in-store:

If the shipping address you introduce on the checkout information is located in the Costa del Sol area (Malaga, Spain), a third shipping option for picking up your item in any of our stores will automatically appear. Tick this option while completing your purchase and then select the store of your preference to pick up your package.

Please remember to bring some ID and your order number when collecting your order.

If this option doesn’t appear on the checkout process please place the order and contact customer service here as soon as possible to inform them you want to pick your order in-store. Please also specify which of our showrooms you would prefer for this.

Important information for receiving your order:
You must report any incident on the driver's delivery note if you notice signs of damage to your shipment or if you see any of the following:
1. The palettes and/or boxes are not standing upright.
2. The products are visible/not packaged correctly.
3. Visible signs of pressure or damage to the palette and/or boxes.
If you accept a damaged delivery and do not leave an incident report on the delivery note, you may not be eligible for a refund if the products inside are damaged.
If the item has been damaged during transport, please contact us within three days of receiving the order.
We recommend that you receive your parcel personally. If you have authorised the courier to leave it in a safe place and it goes missing after delivery, we are not responsible for this loss.
Once you have received your delivery, please check for the following:
1. Products missing from your order
2. Damaged products

If you think you have received a wrong, damaged or defective product/s, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery with your name, order number and clear photos of the product/s, packaging and shipping box if possible. We will process your claim, and contact you about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

*Shipping restrictions to the US
Smaller items such as table mats, wall decor or others that can fit in smaller boxes up to a certain size can be shipped and will encounter no issues going through customs.
However, shipping items on a larger scale such as sofas, tables or anything that may need to be palletised and shipped by sea is considered as an import or export.
This means that the following information is required in order to receive the shipment:
Company name and EIN number or Taxpayer ID
Additionally, customers in the US may need to fill out a CBP form required by customs.

Online Orders

We hope that you will be happy with your Zoco Home order, but of course all clients have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery if this is not the case.

If you wish to return your order please contact our customer service at info@zocohome.com.

Please see below for further instructions and terms and conditions regarding returns/exchanges.

Returns of non-defective orders are valid if:

  1. You have cancelled the order according to the terms and conditions and notifying Zoco Home within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The product has not been used.
  3. The product is in the condition that the customer received it in, including all parts of the product. Items needing assembly should be returned unassembled.
  4. The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent shipping box. If your items were delivered on a pallet, please keep it for a potential return.

Returns and exchanges must be returned immediately after cancellation.

The right to return products does not apply to:

  1. Custom-made and made to order products
  2. Used products
  3. If we detect animal fur, hair or stains on the product(s) that will automatically result in a decision not to accept the return.

Textile products will only be accepted if they are completely new and unused.

A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged while in transit to the customer.

Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Purchases

If you have purchased from any of our Showrooms, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange the product/s in the store of your preference. The only physical location to return the items is Mijas. You can choose to exchange the product/s for another product/s or get the amount reimbursed into a Zoco Home Gift Card to be used for future purchases online and in-store which is valid for 12 months from issuing.

The right to return products does not apply to:

  1. Custom-made and made to order products
  2. Used products
  3. If we detect animal fur, hair or stains on the product(s) that will automatically result in a decision not to accept the return.

Textile products will only be accepted if they are completely new and unused.

A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged while in transit to the customer.

Packaging instructions

Please pack all product(s) in their original shipping box or in an equivalent shipping box.

If you use the original shipping material, please remove old shipping labels, stickers and other notes to avoid confusions.

Please note the following when packing the product/s for shipping:

Fragile items

  • Use extra padding material to protect the product(s) from damage.
  • Label the shipping box as “fragile”.


  • Pack the product(s) in a high-quality shipping box in addition to the original product packaging.
  • The item should not touch the sides of the box: leave enough room around it and fill the area between the product and the box with extra packaging material.
  • Use clear tape or a plastic sleeve to stick the shipping label on the box.


  • Use strong tape.
  • Close the box and seal the packaging.
  • Reinforce the corners and edges of the box if necessary.


The amount refunded for returned products is always reimbursed according to the payment method used for the order.

Once receiving the return, we will check on the condition of the product and make a decision on the validity of the return. (See Returns and Exchanges Policy - Online above for unacceptable returns). 

If the returned product has been used, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, Zoco Home carries the right to charge a fee for loss of value up to the full price of the product. 

If any faults are detected in the condition of the product, our customer service will be in contact with you.

The amount will be reimbursed within 7 days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse.

NOTE: We would like to inform that, according to the current law, we are not obligated to issue refunds in cases of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or accidents.
