Giveaway Zoco Home Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

The promoter and organizer of the giveaway My Zoco Home Corner is Zoco Home.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open to individuals aged 25 years or older.

2.2. Employees of Zoco Home, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.3. Participation requires owning a valid Instagram and/or TikTok account and complying with the platform’s terms of use.

3. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the giveaway period:

a. Follow Zoco Home on Instagram @zocohome and/or TikTok @zocohome.

b. Create and post a photo or moodboard of their dream “Zoco Home Corner” on Instagram or TikTok.

c. Include the hashtag #myzocohomecorner in the post.

d. Tag @zocohome in the post.

Only entries that meet all conditions will be considered valid.

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 12/12/2025 and ends on 7/01/2025 at 23h59. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

The winner will be announced on January 2026.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. One (1) winner will be selected by Zoco Home based on aesthetic quality, creativity, and alignment with the Zoco Home design style.

5.2. The selection will be made at the sole discretion of Zoco Home.

5.3. The winner will be announced via Zoco Home’s official social channels and/or contacted directly through the platform used to enter.

6. Prize

The winner will receive:

LAGOS MODULAR SOFA – TWO SEATER (ZOC0563)

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Intellectual Property

By entering, participants grant Zoco Home a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, repost, and share their submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes, with credit where appropriate.

8. Personal Data

By participating, entrants agree that Zoco Home may process their personal information for the purpose of administering the giveaway and communicating relevant updates. Data will be handled in accordance with Zoco Home’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Zoco Home is not responsible for late, lost, or incomplete entries, nor for any technical issues, platform disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

10. General Conditions

Zoco Home reserves the right to:

a. Disqualify any participant who violates the terms or uses fraudulent methods.

b. Modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
