Delivery times for these countries are the same as for the rest of Europe: 3-7 business days from the moment it leaves our warehouses.

However, the following countries have a tendency to suffer delays due to customs management in the destination country:
UK - Switzerland - Norway.

Unfortunately, there is nothing Zoco Home can do regarding these delays. We suggest that you prepare beforehand any paperwork that they may ask from you and contact the corresponding customs authorities if your shipment is delayed.

We take thorough measures to provide accurate images and descriptions of our products, however, we cannot guarantee that the colour, texture, size or shape you see accurately portrays the true nature of the product. This can be due to monitor or mobile displays that have different capacities to display colours.

Please note that handmade products may present colour, shape or pattern variations which are not defects but an integral part of the authenticity of the product. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and can vary slightly from the product images displayed on our website.

If you have any doubts regarding the colour and/or general appearance of a product, feel free to contact us via email at info@zocohome.com.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

**DISCLAIMER REGARDING OUTDOOR PRODUCTS** ALL products that are suitable for OUTDOOR USE, refer to a sheltered/roofed/semi-protected area. If any outdoor product is placed in an unprotected area, the speed of wear and tear is heavily multiplied. We also recommend purchasing an impermeable cover that will protect from humidity and sunlight when not in use.

Microcement - INDOOR/OUTDOOR
Shanti Tables
 and other Microcement products

Shanti tables and other Microcement products are varnished & stain proof.

CLEANING:

  • Clean with a damp cloth and soapy water using the most natural soap available (ph neutral or Marseilles soap)
  • DO NOT USE harsh chemical cleaning products such as degreaser or other stain removers as they can be corrosive and can damage the varnish, eliminating its protection and potentially staining the table.

MAINTENANCE:

  • Microcement has NO maintenance
  • The Pine wood legs would need yearly maintenance (if used for outdoor), lightly sand the surface by hand and apply 2 to 3 coats of either clear or Oak coloured Lasur. Any other wood treatment for exteriors is also compatible (following manufacturer's indications)

Natural Teak Wood - INDOOR
Sama, Kabira & Suar Tables
 and NEW wood products

Natural Teak Wood tables and products are smooth sanded and come with a stain prevention treatment that can last up to 5 years depending on use. The best way to know if your wood needs to be treated is when stains cannot be cleaned normally.

This wood is NOT suitable for outdoor use.

MAINTENANCE: (Yearly/Depending on use)

  1. Lightly sand the surface by hand to remove any old product and stains.
  2. Remove dust with a dry cloth.
  3. Using a paint brush, apply a first coat of Lasur (Colourless Matte Protection for all types of wood) in the same direction as the grain.
  4. Let dry for 2 hours and very lightly sand again.
  5. Clean with dry cloth and apply a second coat.
  6. Repeat the process, applying 3 coats in total.

Round Teak Coffee Tables have a coat of natural wax that will last depending on usage. To treat using wax use a damp cloth to clean the surface and then paper to dry. Put a small amount of wax on a cotton cloth and apply to the surface in circular motion. Allow 15/20 minutes to dry before shining with a clean dry cloth. You can repeat this process as many times as you please to achieve the desired effect.

Recycled Teak - INDOOR/OUTDOOR

Borneo, Palu, Recycled Teak tables & Coffee Tables

Recycled Teak Wood products come with a stain prevention treatment that should be refreshed yearly or depending on use. The best way to know if your wood needs to be treated is when stains cannot be cleaned normally.

CLEANING:

  • Clean with a damp cloth and soapy water using the most natural soap available (ph neutral or Marseilles soap)
  • DO NOT USE harsh chemical cleaning products such as degreaser or other stain removers as they can be corrosive, damaging the natural surface protection of the wood and potentially staining it.

Natural wood may become greyish and lose colour over time, this is completely normal for any natural wood that is exposed to outdoor climates, even if it’s just indirect sunlight/humidity. To avoid this, we recommend purchasing an impermeable cover that will protect from humidity and sunlight when not in use, and treating your furniture regularly.

Bamboo - INDOOR/OUTDOOR

MAINTENANCE:

  • Bamboo wood has no maintenance. With time, the golden colour of the wood may fade (especially in outdoor spaces), which can be revived with specific Bamboo varnish or treatment.
  • It is normal for Bamboo to grow some mould, this is due to the wood still being fresh, it is not internal. Simply clean it with a cloth and you’re good to go!

100% Linen

Linen Sofa Covers, throws & cushions.

Linen becomes softer and more absorbent after each wash. It may also shrink slightly after the first wash.

CLEANING:

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle using a very mild natural detergent/soap to protect the fibres (You can also hand wash)
  • Do not wash with other colours and do not overload, this will help reduce wrinkles.
  • For stains: try to rinse or soak them immediately while they’re still fresh, using a natural soap if needed. For tougher stains you can use vinegar or baking soda. Always test any new product in a discreet corner to see its reaction.
  • We recommend flat drying on a surface to avoid excessive creasing. Avoid hanging on a washing line as this can leave a very big crease and pull down on the fabric.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • You can iron your linens on a low setting while the fabric is still slightly damp or preferably using a steamer.
