As an Accountant and Purchase Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing both financial activities and procurement tasks. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will be essential to your success in this role.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure entries are up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Help with budgeting and forecasting.
- Other administrative task.
- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, products, and services.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder points.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance is required, purchasing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software and office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Good English and Spanish skills required
