Chief Operating Officer
Job Overview
We are seeking a Málaga-based Chief Operating Officer (COO) to strengthen our leadership team and drive operational excellence across the business.
This pivotal executive role is responsible for transforming vision into structure, strategy into execution, and growth into measurable results.
The COO will oversee daily operations while building the systems, processes, and cross-functional alignment required to support our next phase of expansion — all while safeguarding Zoco Home’s identity, premium positioning, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide business planning and operational strategy.
- Drive operational excellence across stores, e-commerce, and supply chain.
- Elevate the in-store customer expereicne while maintaining premium standards.
- Align commercial, operational, and financial objectivees across the organisation.
- Oversee inventory management, logistics flows, and retail performance optimisation.
- Develop scalable systems and processes to support international growth.
- Establish KPIs and performance frameworks across all departments.
- Strengthen financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimisation.
- Build, mentor, and empower high-performing leadership teams.
Requirements
- Strong and proven experience in premium and operational strategy.
- Deep understanding of multi-channel retail (stores + e-commerce).
- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational leadership experience.
- Excellent analyitical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Proven track record of scaling retail businesses succesfully.
- Previous senior executive or operations leadership experience.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Full-time position based in Málaga.
