Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in MΓ‘laga, Spain.

In-stock items are typically shipped within 24 working hours.

Some products may be:

  • Pre-order (not yet in stock)
  • Made to order (produced on demand)

Delivery times for these items are estimated and may vary depending on production and availability.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including:

  • Delivery details
  • Courier information
  • Tracking number

You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Size and weight of the order

Free shipping is available for selected countries and order values.

Free shipping is carried out by third-party couriers and does not include unpacking or assembly.

Delivery

We offer worldwide delivery. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our Customer Service team at info@zocohome.com and we will assist you with your order.

Delivery times and methods vary depending on the destination and type of product.

For palletised or bulky items, delivery is typically made at street level, unless otherwise specified.

Customs & duties

For orders delivered outside the European Union (EU), customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Zoco Home.

Local delivery (Costa del Sol)

For projects and bulky items within the MΓ‘laga area, delivery is carried out by Zoco Home.

This service includes:

  • Delivery inside the property
  • Unpacking
  • Assembly

Our logistics team will coordinate delivery details directly with you.

MΓ‘laga collection point

For orders within Spain, you may select collection from our MΓ‘laga pick-up point during checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped; and it will be ready for pick-up the following day.

Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

Important delivery information

Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully.

Any visible damage must be reported on the courier’s delivery note.

Failure to do so may affect your right to claim.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
