Q6: Can I purchase online and pick up in store?

If the address you introduce on the checkout information is located in Costa del Sol, a third shipping option for picking up your item on store will automatically appear. Choose this option while completing your purchase.

Q7: If I purchase an item online, can I return it or change it in the store?

Yes, just visit us at our showroom and our team will help you process the return.


Q8: I have not received any confirmation or shipping email after placing my order.

Please check the spam or junk folders of your email inbox.

The order confirmation email can arrive up to one hour after placing an order, if it hasn’t arrived within this time, please contact us at info@zocohome.com detailing your case.  

The shipping confirmation email will arrive once it has been dispatched, normally within 24/48 working hours after placing the order.


Q9: How long will my shipment to the UK, Switzerland or Norway take?

Delivery times for these countries are the same as usual: 3-7 business days from the moment it leaves our warehouses. 

The following countries have a tendency to suffer delays due to customs management in the destination country:

UK - Switzerland - Norway

Unfortunately, there is nothing Zoco Home can do regarding these delays. We suggest that you prepare beforehand any paperwork that they may solicit from you and contact the corresponding customs authorities if your shipment is delayed.

 

Q10: My product looks different from the photo I was online when I purchased it... 

We take thorough measures to provide accurate images and descriptions of our products, however, we cannot guarantee that the colour, texture, size or shape you see accurately portrays the true nature of the product. This can be due to monitor or mobile displays that have different capacities to display colours.

Please note that handmade products may present colour, shape or pattern variations which are not defects but an integral part of the authenticity of the product. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and can vary slightly from the product images displayed on our website.
