ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How can I place an order online?
You can easily place your order through our website. Add your favourite items to the cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, and UnionPay. All transactions are processed securely to protect your information.
We also offer payment by installments through Klarna. Please note that payment plans are subject to eligibility, and a down payment may be required.
I have not received any confirmation or shipping email after placing my order.
Please check your spam or junk folders. The order confirmation email can take up to one hour to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived within this time, contact our customer service team at info@zocohome.com with your order details.
The shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched, usually within 24 working hours.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zocohome.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
If you don’t see your country at checkout, please contact info@zocohome.com and we’ll help you complete your order.
Customs & restrictions:
- Outside EU: Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes in their destination country.
- Norway: Under the VOEC scheme, Zoco Home can only process orders for registered companies, not private individuals.
- UK: We currently do not ship pallet orders to private customers in the UK. Deliveries to business addresses remain available.
- USA: We only accept orders over €800. Placing the order under a registered business name is recommended if applicable, as it helps to speed up the customs process.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours of being placed. During high-demand seasons, dispatch times may be extended.
Please note that for international orders subject to customs clearance, delivery times may be longer.
Delivery times:
- Mainland Spain: 3–6 business days
- Rest of Europe (including UK, Switzerland, Norway): 3–7 business days
Customs management in these countries may cause delays beyond our control.
How do I know how much my shipping will cost?
Shipping costs for online orders are automatically calculated in the cart and at checkout. For other types of sales, the shipping cost will be specified in the quotation.
If your country is not listed, please contact info@zocohome.com and we’ll help you complete your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and the contact details of the courier company responsible for delivering your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Online returns
You can return any unused online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Custom-made or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

In-store returns
For purchases made in our Mijas Costa or Marbella showrooms, returns are accepted within 14 days for exchange or store credit only (valid for 12 months from the date of issue).
Refunds are not issued for in-store purchases.
For delivered items purchased in-store, you have 14 days from the delivery date to report any defective product.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
How to request a return
Contact info@zocohome.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & CARE
My product looks different from the pictures.
We take care to provide accurate product images and descriptions, but variations in colour or texture may occur due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of our items.
Handcrafted pieces may show natural differences in tone or pattern—these are not defects but a mark of authenticity.
How can I get the product measurements?
Product dimensions can be found under the Product Specifications section, located in the drop-down menu beneath the product images.

How do I care for my furniture?
Refer to the Care Instructions dropdown section located on each product page, as well as our dedicated Care & Materials page. For any additional questions, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.
