ONLINE ORDERS

We hope you’ll be happy with your Zoco Home purchase. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to return or exchange any unused product within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@zocohome.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

You also have 14 days from delivery to report any defective or damaged product.

Returns are accepted if:

  • The return request is made within 14 days from the date the order was received.
  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as received, with all parts included.
  • Items requiring assembly must be returned unassembled.
  • The item is repackaged in its original or equivalent shipping box.
    (If your order was delivered on a pallet, please keep it for a potential return.)
  • Returns must be sent immediately after the return request has been approved..

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.
  • Used or assembled products.
  • Items showing stains, hair, animal fur or odours.
  • Textiles that are not completely new and unused.
  • Items damaged after delivery or during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged items.
Transport, installation and other service fees are non-refundable.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you purchased your item in one of our showrooms (Mijas Costa or Marbella), you have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange the product or receive a Zoco Home Gift Card equal to the amount, valid for 12 months for use both online and in-store.
Refunds are not issued for in-store purchases.

For items delivered after in-store purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to report any defective product.

The same exclusions apply as for online orders: no returns for used, custom-made, or damaged items.

REFUNDS

Once your returned product arrives at our warehouse, we’ll inspect its condition to confirm the return’s validity.

If the product shows signs of use, damage or is not suitable for resale, Zoco Home reserves the right to deduct a value loss fee, up to the full price of the product.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original order, within 7 working days after the return has been approved.

PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure your return arrives safely, please follow these guidelines:

  • Pack all products in their original or equivalent shipping box.
  • Remove any old shipping labels or stickers.
  • Fragile items: use extra padding materials and label the box as fragile.
  • Ensure the product does not touch the sides of the box — fill gaps with cushioning material.
  • Seal the box securely with strong tape and reinforce corners if necessary.

WARRANTY

All Zoco Home products are covered by a two-year legal warranty under Spanish consumer law (Royal Decree-Law 7/2021).

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

It does not apply to normal wear, improper use, or natural variations in materials such as wood, stone, linen, or rattan.

If a defect is confirmed, Zoco Home will repair, replace, or refund the product according to the applicable law.
Please note that refunds are not applicable in cases of force majeure or events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters or accidents).
