We provide only top quality product, your order has been carefully packed before shipping and we make every effort to minimise the risk of damage during delivery. Upon delivery of the products make sure everything is complete and undamaged. If you are missing a product or receive a product with a defect, please contact us via email email@example.com
Purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Returning the goods are not possible in following cases:
- Custom made products
- Special orders

- Reson of return
Please complete the return form (including reason for return) and package the items in a shipping box or envelope with sufficient protective material to defend against damage during shipping.
Zoco Home will not be responsible for return expenses or any damages during return.
