Customer Service Representative | Mijas
At Zoco Home, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Mijas. You will be the voice of our brand, supporting our customers across phone, email and social channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email and social channels
- Manage order inquiries, after-sales cases and returns
- Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and showroom teams
- Keep customer records organized and updated in our systems
- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements
Requirements
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or similar role
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude, empathy, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Mijas
- Basic IT and customer service platform knowledge
- Candidates must be based in Málaga
