Customer Service Representative | Mijas

At Zoco Home, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site in Mijas. You will be the voice of our brand, supporting our customers across phone, email and social channels, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email and social channels
  • Manage order inquiries, after-sales cases and returns
  • Ensure clear communication and timely follow-ups
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse and showroom teams
  • Keep customer records organized and updated in our systems
  • Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Support / Customer Service or similar role
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Mijas
  • Basic IT and customer service platform knowledge
  • Candidates must be based in Málaga
