Logistics / Reservation Administrator | Málaga

Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics / Reservation Administrator to join our warehouse team in Guadalhorce, Málaga, and support our growing logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product reservations, preparing pick lists, ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments, maintaining accurate records in our ERP system, and handling other logistics administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product reservations for sales orders in coordination with the reservations team

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of pick lists

  • Maintain up-to-date and precise data in the ERP system

  • Assist with dispatch planning and communicate schedules to relevant teams

  • Support daily logistics administrative tasks and reporting

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other internal departments

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of previous experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or administrative support (preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with ERP systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Good communication skills in both Spanish and English

  • Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
