We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Marbella store in Puerto Banús, someone who combines a strong commercial mindset with a deep appreciation for design, people, and operational excellence.

As Store Manager, you will play a key role in representing the brand, driving performance, and creating an inspiring and memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
  • Drive sales performance and consistently achieve commercial targets.
  • Deliver an outstanding, personalised customer experience.
  • Oversee visual merchandising to ensure brand consistency and presentation standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational routines.
  • Handle staff scheduling, training, and daily store administration.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in lifestyle, interior design, fashion, or premium retail.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a clear focus on customer experience.
  • Strong eye for design and visual merchandising. 
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Organised, proactive, and hands-on approach.
