MICROCEMENT WORKER

Role and Responsibilities:
- Apply micro cement coatings to various surfaces, including floors, walls, countertops, and more.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and ensuring they are ready for micro cement application.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Microcement Worker
- Strong understanding of different microcement techniques and application methods.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and project specifications.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for accurate measurements and mixing.
Requirements:
- Previous experience and portfolio of micro cement projects
- Certification or training in micro cement application is a plus.
- Knowledge of different types of microcement products and their applications. - Familiarity with surface preparation and repair techniques.
- Strong adherence to safety guidelines and practices.
