ARTICLE 1 – SUBSCRIPTION TO THE PROGRAMME
The Zoco Home Loyalty Program is operated by Zoco Home S.L. The programme is available free of charge for any natural person who is over 18 years of age, shopping in Zoco Home Store or on www.zocohome.com, for non-commercial purposes. Loyalty Account is for the sole and personal use of the customer and may under no circumstances be sold, lent or transferred, nor used for any other purposes The Loyalty Account is not a means of payment.

Customers may benefit from offers reserved exclusively for customers.
ARTICLE 3 – POINT MONITORING
Customers may consult their points balance upon simple request in store or by viewing their customer profile on the Zoco Home website.
Points are generated and visible the day of the purchase in store or on the Zoco website.
For any claim concerning the points balance and relating to purchases made in store, contact Customer Service.
ARTICLE 4 – USE OF THE LOYALTY DISCOUNT
You'll receive Zoco Points for every money spent on Zoco Home Items. This doesn't consider taxes nor complementary services such as transportation.
1€ = 1 Zoco Point. For every 200 points earned, customers will get a 5€ reward. The Customer will be informed of his/her eligibility for the discount by email/SMS or when making a purchase in store.
Purchases made with a loyalty discount will also lead to the conventional accumulation of points as per the same terms and conditions.
The loyalty rewards can be use in all our products but It is not possible to combine with other discounts or discounted products.
ARTICLE 6 – CHANGE OF CONTACT DETAILS
Any change in the email or mobile number or name of the Customer should be notified by the Customer to Customer Service. Zoco Home reserves the right to accept or deny these changes as well as accept or deny possible account mergers for the same client. Zoco Home may request information that verifies the authenticity of the data to be changed required by the client.
ARTICLE 7 – TERM AND MODIFICATION OF THE PROGRAMME
Zoco Home S.L. hereby reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend, suspend and/or terminate the Zoco Home Loyalty Programme at any time. Should it choose to exercise this right, then it shall have no liability whatsoever to the Customer. The current Terms & Conditions and the information indicated hereinabove can be viewed on the Zoco Home website. The Customer is not entitled to any compensation, notably for removal of loyalty points and other benefits including reductions nor does it have any right to take any action against Zoco Home S.L. for any reason whatsoever in connection with these terms and conditions.
