Spreading Holiday Cheer: Zoco Home Christmas Market in Support of Fundación Cudeca

On Saturday, December 7th, we hosted the Zoco Home Christmas Market, a festive event filled with joy, community, and a shared purpose—to raise funds for the Fundación Cudeca, supporting their incredible hospice care mission.

The Zoco Home Christmas Market brought together a variety of local businesses, offering unique items like handmade holiday decorations, fine wines, olive oils, pet accessories, artwork, spices, secondhand books, and clothing. And of course, delicious food couldn’t be missed! Guests enjoyed authentic Mexican dishes from La Catrina Mexicana Food Truck, while Zoco Café delighted visitors with our famous cakes, arepas, poke bowls, mulled wine, and a selection of other fine wines.

For the little ones, the day was full of magic! Santa Claus made a special appearance, dancing to live music by Bárbara Pereda and Sergio on the trumpet. Kids enjoyed creative workshops led by a ‘North Pole elf,’ featuring balloon twisting, crafts organized by Zoco Home’s volunteers, and face painting—guaranteeing plenty of fun and laughter.

The event concluded with an exciting raffle to raise additional funds for the Fundación Cudeca, with prizes from participating vendors and a grand prize: an official Málaga CF jersey signed by all the players, personally delivered by Jesús Gámez, former Málaga CF, Atlético de Madrid, and Newcastle player, and team ambassador.
