Inbound Sales Coordinator

Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and interior design?

At Zoco Home, we’re looking for a sales minded Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Costa del Sol. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their sales career who enjoys working with customers, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting exciting interior design and hospitality projects.

You’ll play an important role in helping turn customer interest into successful sales while working closely with our sales and creative teams in a fast-paced and inspiring environment.

You’ll handle both inbound and outbound opportunities while building and developing partner relationships. You’ll drive new business and expand our presence across the interior design and hospitality world. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by handling adn converting inbound leads

  • Assist customers throughout the sales process while delivering excellent customer experiences.

  • Prepare daily quotations and process sales orders.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Proactively generate opportunities through outbound, networking, and industry connections

  • Support the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and customer communication.

  • Identify new opportunities within interior design, hospitality, and real estate sectors.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales and inbound sales is must.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.

  • Strong English and Spanish skills (spoken and written).

  • Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking skills.

  • Driving license preferred.

  • Must be based in the Málaga region (Office in Mijas).
