Logistics Operations Coordinator, Malaga
Job Overview
As Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving Zoco Home’s logistics operations as the business grows.
You will oversee the flow of products from suppliers to warehouses, showrooms, project sites and customers, ensuring efficient, reliable and scalable operations across our retail, e-commerce and interior design channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong operational expertise with a continuous improvement mindset, taking ownership of day-to-day logistics while identifying opportunities to optimise processes, systems, costs and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
- Develop and execute logistics and supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Manage relationships with transport providers, suppliers and external logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, customs requirements, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team while creating efficient operational processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, retail, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations.
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Logistics Manager.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing logistics KPIs and driving operational improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to take ownership and improve processes.
- Driving licence.
- Based in the Málaga region.
