There are several key interior design processes that we take into consideration across all our projects, whether they are residential, commercial or hospitality related. Client Consultation

The initial phase of the project includes preliminary studies of the site or property you wish to have designed.

We will know more about you and understand what you expect in your design project. This will include the outcomes you wish to see, along with understanding the timescales and budgets. We will then achieve a detailed brief and identify your design preferences for this particular project.

We recognize that your time schedule is limited or you could be abroad, so the initial consultation could be either via a phone or video call.

Questions will be asked regarding the specific functions of the space, your needs and objectives will be identified. Furthermore, we will discover the purpose of the space, who will be using it and the type of furniture and equipment requirements.

During the initial client consultation stage, measurements and photos will also be taken in order to develop the design proposal.

You may not be aware of all the different design styles and that is perfectly okay. Browsing design websites and magazines can provide us with an idea of what you like and dislike.

Once we have the approval and agreement, we move onto the next stage which is the concept development stage.

Once the initial consultation stage has been approved, our interior design team can begin with the creative process. The initial ideation stage involves brainstorming design solutions and coming up with a proposal to be presented to the client.

We will develop architectural layouts for your property and discover the best solutions, finishes and design style to suit you.
