So let’s check out one of our latest projects in Elviria! We collaborated with Designa Properties, based in Marbella to create a charming and modern five bedroom villa with unbeatable views of the Mediterranean, located at Elviria beachside.
Designa Properties develop a wide range of high quality contemporary homes across Marbella. They reached out to Zoco Home, in order to decorate and design one of their most recent builds, the Perla Del Mar villa in Elviria.
Originally, this property was an older styled spanish house with little character and together, through our collaboration with Designa Properties, we transformed the property into a glamourous, contemporary styled villa.
