With 110 m² of interior space and a generous outdoor area, this characterful rural finca has been thoughtfully reimagined into a cosy and soulful Mediterranean home.

The design embraces simplicity, natural textures, and timeless materials. Soft neutrals, warm woods, woven accents, and linen textiles blend to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Natural light pours in through wood-framed windows, highlighting handcrafted details and the quiet beauty found in every corner.

The living room invites calm with its generous white sofa and tactile accessories, while the outdoor dining space—set beneath a traditional tiled pergola—offers the perfect setting for long, sun-drenched gatherings steeped in rustic charm.
