Created for a family who envisioned their home as both a personal retreat and a short-term rental, this duplex sits within a contemporary building that embraces its surroundings. The sea becomes part of the interior—flowing through each space and shaping the atmosphere within.

Designed to feel open, fluid, and connected, the apartment unfolds across two levels. Upstairs, three en-suite bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, with the master bedroom opening onto views of the Mediterranean.
Downstairs, a double-height living area brings together the kitchen, dining, and lounge in one continuous flow, seamlessly extending to the outdoors. Oversized lampshades enhance the verticality of the space, adding warmth while drawing the eye upwards.
