Isterni Paros by Zoco Home Interior Design Studio

A collection of holiday homes in Paros, Greece, designed around the beauty of island living.

Located on the Greek island of Paros, Shahr Isterni Paros is a collection of private holiday homes created for three families brought together by a shared vision: a place where architecture, nature and lifestyle exist in harmony.

Surrounded by sea views, sun-drenched terraces and the natural beauty of the Cyclades, the project was designed to embrace everything that makes life on a Greek island so unique. Rather than competing with the landscape, the homes were conceived to celebrate it, opening towards the outdoors and making the surrounding environment part of the everyday experience.

In Paros, life naturally unfolds outside. Long lunches stretch into sunset dinners, mornings begin with coffee overlooking the sea, and time is measured by the movement of light across the landscape. Shahr Isterni Paros was designed to support that rhythm, with generous outdoor living areas, expansive terraces and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Throughout the project, the focus remained on creating homes that feel relaxed, timeless and deeply connected to their surroundings. Natural materials, soft tones and carefully considered interiors provide a calm backdrop, allowing the views, light and atmosphere of the island to take centre stage.

As part of our growing portfolio across the Greek islands, alongside projects in Mykonos and Samos, Shahr Isterni Paros showcases Zoco Home Interior Design Studio's ability to deliver large-scale residential projects in some of the Mediterranean's most sought-after destinations. From concept development and interior design to project coordination and furnishing, our team creates homes that respond to both place and lifestyle while managing every stage of the journey.

More than a collection of holiday homes, Shahr Isterni Paros is a celebration of Mediterranean island living, shaped by the landscape, inspired by the sea and designed to be enjoyed for generations to come.
