Sales Executive | Marbella/Mijas, Malaga

Are you passionate about sales, interior design, and building meaningful client relationships?

At Zoco Home, we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team in Costa del Sol. In this role, you’ll work with interior designers, developers, hospitality projects, and real estate professionals while helping expand one of the most distinctive interior brands in the region.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining relationship-building, business development, and creativity in a fast-paced and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the interior design and hospitality sectors.
  • Drive sales by handling and converting inbound leads.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with developers, real estate agents, hospitality and industry partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and meetings to negotiation and closing.
  • Generate new leads through networking, outbound sales, referrals, and industry events.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts while delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and project teams to deliver exceptional solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong network or experience within real estate, hospitality, interior design, construction, or related industries.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Great English and Spanish skills (spoken and written).
  • Passion for interior design, furniture, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
  • Driving license required.
  • Must be based in the Málaga region (Offices in Marbella and Mijas).
