Located in the exclusive Sunny Golf area of Estepona, this light-filled two-bedroom apartment was designed as an effortless family holiday home. Surrounded by golf courses and overlooking the greens, the property offers a peaceful setting on the Costa del Sol. The living area opens directly onto a generous terrace for everyday outdoor dining, while the rooftop provides additional space for relaxing and entertaining guests.

The clients were initially drawn to Zoco Home’s organic microcement furniture collection, which became the starting point for the scheme developed with our interior design team. Its soft, sculptural forms bring warmth to the contemporary architecture, complemented by natural textures, tactile fabrics and a calm, neutral palette. This visual language extends onto the terraces, creating a natural flow between indoors and out and allowing the family to embrace Estepona’s outdoor lifestyle throughout their stay.

The result is a cohesive and welcoming holiday home, ready for the family to enjoy from the moment they arrive.
