Located in Sotogrande, Cádiz, surrounded by greenery, golf courses and its renowned marina, Valdegrande Sotogrande is a three-bedroom apartment designed for warm, relaxed living. Natural materials and subtle black accents bring together the clients’ wish for a cosy home with a Scandinavian feel.

A mix of woods, such as suar and teak, adds character through organic shapes and distinctive grains, while black metal furniture legs, accessories and textiles introduce the contrast characteristic of Nordic design. A slatted wooden divider separates the entrance and kitchen from the lounge, preserving the apartment’s open flow.

In the bedrooms, botanical wallpapers and textured headboards give each room its own identity. Natural fibres and soft fabrics connect the spaces, creating a home that feels inviting and cohesive.
