This family turned to Zoco Home Interior Design Services for the second time to transform the exterior of their traditional 1960s Marbella home into a private oasis. Inspired by the charm of Mediterranean whitewashed houses and the softness of organic forms, the project reimagines the outdoors as a sanctuary of calm, fluidity, and slower living.

What makes this architectural renovation project distinctive is the irregularity of the plot: a challenge that ultimately defined unique zones which feel as though they have always belonged to the house. The design expands the exterior living areas to fully embrace the Costa del Sol lifestyle, blending functionality with timeless aesthetics.

Vegetation acts as a natural connector, dissolving the boundaries between indoors and outdoors while infusing freshness and harmony. The project reflects Zoco Home’s signature approach: combining warm minimalism, natural materials, and enduring design—creating mindful, purposeful, and inviting spaces made to be lived.
