The Mediterranean landscape has always been a source of inspiration for our collections. From the warm tones of the earth to the textures found in nature, these elements bring a sense of calm and authenticity to the spaces we create.

For A Nest of Light, we looked at the sculptural forms of birds’ nests, translating their irregular silhouettes into ceiling lampshades with an organic character. Their shapes feel natural rather than perfectly symmetrical, while their sandy surfaces recall compacted sand and the earthy textures of the Mediterranean landscape.

Each lampshade is conceived as a living sculpture, revealing different contours and surface details as the light changes. Even when switched off, the pieces bring texture and character to a room. Once illuminated, the light highlights their uneven surfaces, creating subtle variations in depth and shadow.

Three designs, three different expressions

Although Ibiza, Zahara and Palma share the same inspiration, each design has its own silhouette and character. Their different proportions and textures make them versatile pieces that can work individually or as part of a larger lighting composition.

Zahara: organic movement

With its flowing, asymmetric profile, Zahara brings movement and sculptural character to an interior. Its curved edge wraps around the light, recalling the protective shape of a nest and creating a sense of intimacy in the space below.

Its pronounced granular texture adds depth to the design, highlighting its irregular, nature-inspired form. Available in one size, Zahara makes a distinctive focal point above dining tables and in living areas.

Palma: soft and rounded

Palma features a rounded silhouette with softly irregular contours, giving it a relaxed and welcoming presence. Its enveloping shape and pronounced granular surface add depth while maintaining a natural, understated feel.

Ibiza: simplicity through texture
