This project encapsulates our philosophy of effortless living—where refined Mediterranean aesthetics meet timeless comfort and natural materials.

Once dark and outdated, El Señorío de Marbella has been completely transformed by our team into a bright, harmonious home. By opening up the layout and integrating natural materials, we created a timeless Mediterranean retreat with the signature Zoco Home touch.

A Home Designed for Timeless Living

From the very beginning, the vision was clear: create a serene sanctuary that embraces natural textures, soft light, and a seamless flow between interior and exterior spaces. The layout has been optimised to invite light into every corner, while fostering a sense of calm and continuity throughout the home.

The residence includes:

• Spacious open-plan living and dining area,

• Fully integrated kitchen featuring custom cabinetry and microcement finishes,

• Master suite with walk-in wardrobe and spa-inspired bathroom,

• Additional guest bedrooms with warm, neutral styling,

• Outdoor dining and lounge spaces surrounded by lush greenery.
  
  

Natural Materials, Sophisticated Simplicity

Central to the design is the use of noble materials—natural wood, hand-crafted microcement, linen, and tactile stone elements. These create a cohesive visual language that feels warm, grounded, and elevated.

Each space is defined by clean architectural lines, curved accents, and a carefully restrained colour palette of beige, ivory, and soft greys. The result is a quiet, understated luxury that captures the soul of Mediterranean living.

• Vintage Elm Wood Coffee Table – Crafted from solid vintage elm wood, this one-of-a-kind table brings texture, character, and warmth to the living space with its organic knots, grain patterns, and natural imperfections.
  

• Amaya Three Seater Sofa Sand – Designed for comfort and style, this outdoor lounge sofa is made of solid recycled teak wood and features water-resistant, removable cushion covers. A true statement piece for any terrace or garden.
  

• Lyra Dining Chair – With a handwoven synthetic rattan seat and solid teak frame, this chair offers a perfect balance of natural beauty, texture, and durability.
  

• Chia Rug – Handcrafted from natural jute and wool, the Chia Rug defines each living space with texture and warmth. Its understated design complements both boho and contemporary interiors.
  

• Mallorca Ceiling Lamp – Made from rattan strips and a solid teak upper part, this handcrafted ceiling lamp creates a beautiful criss-cross light pattern and adds artisanal charm to the interiors.
