Vol. 1 Girona, Catalonia 

This masía carries a story worth telling, and our expert interior designers based in Costa del Sol travelled all the way to Catalonia to ensured that its essence remains alive. Now reborn as a hotel, the property blends rustic foundations with a strong character, opening the door to endless possibilities.

Set amid fields in Girona, Catalonia, this is our most recent hospitality project. Warm wood accents, bright natural light, and minimalist details emphasizing its authentic soul, creating a space that feels both refined and inviting. Vol. 2 Bahía Marbella

The vision here was clear: to capture and celebrate the Mediterranean spirit of this beautiful home on the Costa del Sol. Currently undergoing a full transformation by Zoco Home, from interior design to construction management and coordinating, carefully curated to ensure that each detail comes together in perfect harmony. Vol. 3 El Señorío de Marbella 

Possibly one of the most remarkable transformations, El Señorío de Marbella at Lomas de Puente Romano has been brought back to life after years of being forgotten. Following an extensive restoration, this residence now radiates warmth and elegance in perfect balance. 

Every detail works in harmony to evoke a sense of freedom: natural textures, gentle light, noble materials, and a layout designed to breathe, welcoming light into every corner. In this project in particular, microcement stands out as the defining element of this project, shaping its unique and captivating character. 

Vol. 4 Finca Panorama

Finca Panorama, located in Marbella, is the ultimate renovation project—where contemporary design embraces a timeless Andalusian soul. Zoco Home Interior Design Studio has reimagined the entirety of this villa, transforming it into a sanctuary of modern living. 

Every corner has been thoughtfully designed to enhance the surrounding of the property. The result is a more functional and luminous home, where natural light flows through every space, while keeping its Andalusian identity intact. 

However, the real star of this villa is its exquisite wooden ceiling. Handcrafted from a blend of natural bamboo and robust wooden beams, bringing an undeniable "wow" factor to the space.

Vol. 5 La Floja

Recently opened in Fuengirola, Málaga, La Floja is a gourmet bar envisioned and designed from floor to ceiling by our Interior Design Studio in Mijas. Conceived as an entirely open space, it invites you to step inside, gather with friends, and savour the moment.

The interiors embrace the beauty of natural, raw, and reclaimed materials, perfectly capturing the essence of Spanish charm. With microcement finishes, terracotta floors, natural stone details, glazed clay tiles, and custom-forged ironwork, every element has been thoughtfully handcrafted to create an atmosphere that feels both cosy and authentic.
