Introducing Montemar Torremolinos by Zoco Home Interior Design Studio — a refined project in Torremolinos, located in the heart of the Costa del Sol, where modern design meets the warmth of Mediterranean living. This 186.5 m² apartment —140 m² of interior space and 45.8 m² of terraces— was conceived as a holiday residence for a Dutch family seeking a warm, light-filled, and refined home.

The brief was clear: a modern space in white and beige tones, with subtle black accents, where curves played a leading role in the visual language. The result is a home that feels balanced and welcoming, defined by natural materials, organic shapes, and a carefully curated selection of furniture and decor.

A home designed for leisure and comfort

The apartment’s layout is thoughtfully planned for relaxed living, with open, connected spaces that flow between indoors and outdoors. It includes:

• Three spacious bedrooms

• Two bathrooms

• An open-plan living area

• Integrated kitchen

• Two terraces with seamless indoor-outdoor connection

Each room was designed to offer an immersive experience where aesthetics meet functionality and comfort — a hallmark of Zoco Home’s Interior Design Services in Costa del Sol (Mijas and Marbella).

Natural materials and soulful design

One of the most distinctive aspects of this Interior Design project is the use of honest, tactile materials that bring texture and authenticity to the space. Large sand tones tiles and walls create visual continuity throughout, while natural wood, linen, handcrafted ceramics, and warm textiles contribute to the feeling of home.

Notable pieces featured in the interior include:

• Shanti Dining Table — A sculptural, minimal dining table in microcement.

• Sandero TV Stand — A breathtaking piece crafted from recycled teak wood, handwoven rope, and iron legs, blending durability with boho-modern charm.

• Bora Outdoor Sofa with Chaise Longue — A spacious, sunproof outdoor sofa with removable, washable covers.
