We took on an exciting interior design project in the beautiful location of Estepona, just west of Marbella. Estepona used to be a small finishing town and has transformed into an up and coming area. With its all year round beautiful weather, relaxed lifestyle and authentic Spanish culture, it has quickly become an attractive place to have a holiday home along the Costa Del Sol.
We had the opportunity of redesigning a stunning property, just a stone's throw away from the beach and turning it into our clients’ dream holiday home, committing to excellence in quality and finishes.
From the initial consultation, floor plans and mood boards, custom made designs and the installation of furniture, we were so excited to be part of this project.

Client Consultation & Initial Meetings
Our clients discovered this front line beach property and saw the enormous potential it had.
They approached Zoco Home and asked for our interior design expertise and gained our trust in order to achieve exactly what they were envisioning for their new holiday home.
We organised several meetings; at times suitable for our clients, either by phone, skype, our Zoco Home offices as well as at the site at which we were going to redesign.
Floor Plans, Mood Boards, Designs & Presentation
Our dedicated interior design team got together to create beautiful designs and ideas on how to potentially transform this property into their dream holiday home, creating a space that portrays their personality.
The concept developments and designs were then presented and discussed to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our designs.
For this project we designed a custom made fireplace for the living room, designed beautiful bathrooms and built-in kitchen, as well as custom made furniture to complement the space in every room.
With a stunning location in Estepona and wonderful clients, this project has certainly been a memorable one.
