A Home Designed for Family & Relaxation
With a total surface of 144 m² — this home was designed for a family of five as their second residence in Spain. The brief was clear: a space that feels natural, cosy, and unmistakably “Zoco Home style,” ideal for relaxing holidays now, and eventually to be rented out as a premium Airbnb property.
The layout includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, open-plan kitchen, a terrace, and a sun-drenched rooftop with panoramic views — a seamless blend of indoor comfort and outdoor living.
Natural Textures & Understated Luxury
Every detail in this home was carefully curated to create an atmosphere of timeless calm. In the hallway, the Baik Console with 2 Drawers offers both style and storage, while in the bathroom, the Freya Ladder Towel Holder adds a subtle touch of rustic elegance.
The living area features sculptural wall decor like the Lumos Wall Deco Basket in Black, which brings texture and visual depth to the soft neutral palette. The Recycled Teak Stool Natural is a functional and beautiful piece, perfect as a side table or extra seating.
