1. ORDERING

Our offering has been organized according to the different categories. You can browse the items through the search engine or categories or products presented in the website.

Once selected the product, you can add it to the cart (with some products specifying the color/ size).

You can always edit your shopping cart before checkout.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing and confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation of the order showing details of the purchased products by email. If you notice any errors on the confirmation, please communicate it by email:

3. PAYMENTS

We offer secure payments through Credit cards, Klarna payments and PayPal.
If you prefer bank transfer, please let us know and we can invoice you. 

All prices incl. VAT and excluding freight costs.

4. SECURE SHOPPING

We have done our utmost to ensure the security and privacy of your transactions with us. Rest assured that your credit card information and other personal data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security, and confidentiality.

The information you are sending when placing orders is received in confidentiality and only by us. Your credit card information is fully encrypted transmitted to our payment service where they are validated and the order amount is reserved. This way the information is not exposed to us or saved in any way. When we ship your order we notify our payment service and they transfer the amount to us.

Please be aware that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. Do not, under any circumstances, send your credit card details by email.

5. DELIVERY

All deliveries are shipped from Malaga, Spain. Your order will be carefully packed in protective materials, and you will receive a shipping notification via email when your package is on its way.

Estimated delivery time within standard delivery is 3-7 business days but varies from country to country.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

We ship worldwide and delivery costs are dependent on your delivery country and the weight and the size of the parcel. You can check your delivery costs at shopping cart by selecting delivery country, after you have add products to the cart.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs and duties. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.

Non collected deliveries: We charge for returns and re-sending the order.

7. TRACKING

Orders delivered by courier will require a signature on arrival. If you are not in, they wil leave a note so you can contact them and re-arrange a delivery. A mobile number is required in case we or the courier company need to contact you regarding your delivery. If you do not have a mobile phone, please enter a landline day phone number.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic e-mail informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the parcel-ID and all relevant information for tracking the parcel. You can verify the state of your shipment at any time from the couriers website, this way you always know the exact location of your order.

8. COMPLAINTS

We ensure to provide only top quality products. Your order is carefully packed before shipping, making every effort to minimize the risk of damage during delivery.
Upon arrival of the products, please ensure that everything is complete and undamaged.
If you are either missing a product or receive a product with a defect, please contact us via email to info@zocohome.com within 14 days.

9. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Returning the goods are not possible in following cases: 

- Custom made products
- Tiles 
- Special orders

Before returning, email us to info@zocohome.com

- Reason of return 

Please complete the return form (including reason for return) and package the items in a shipping box or envelope with sufficient protective material to defend against damage during shipping. Zoco Home will not be responsible for return expenses or any damages during return.

We will refund the value of the returned item within 2 working days of your return reaching our facility. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom taxes charged during the returning process are non-refundable.

Product Information

We take thorough measures to provide accurate images and descriptions of our products, however, we cannot guarantee that the colour, texture, size or shape you see accurately portrays the true nature of the product. This can be due to monitor or mobile displays that have different capacities to display colours.

Please note that handmade products may present colour, shape or pattern variations which are not defects but an integral part of the authenticity of the product. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and can vary slightly from the product images displayed on our website.
