HR and Office Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR and Office Manager. As the HR and Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR department and supporting various administrative tasks. Your primary focus will be overseeing the recruitment process, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role is located in Mijas. 


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the retail or design
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Spanish labor law is a must
  • Good English and Spanish skills
  • Must be located in Malaga area
