True luxury lies in simplicity. That philosophy guided Zoco Home Interior Design Studio when designing this serene apartment at Jade Tower by global developer Cordia Spain, located in Fuengirola, on the beautiful Costa del Sol.
Just steps away from the Mediterranean Sea, this two-bedroom residence reflects the signature Zoco Home aesthetic — natural textures, earthy tones, and a timeless boho–scandi balance. Every material and shape was chosen with purpose, creating a calm and emotional space that truly feels like home.
A warm and natural atmosphere
From the moment you enter, soft hues and organic materials set the tone. Zoco Home Interior Design Studio embraced a palette of whites, beiges, and warm wooden accents to create a sense of effortless harmony. Wood plays a leading role in this design, adding depth and warmth while maintaining a minimalist, natural aesthetic.
Every surface feels tactile and authentic — linen upholstery, woven accessories, handcrafted ceramics — all curated to bring balance between modern design and natural living. This approach embodies the soul of Zoco Home: a style that celebrates simplicity, texture, and timeless beauty.
Living and dining areas
The open-plan living and dining spaces were designed to be both inviting and functional. The Tarifa Linen Sofa takes center stage, offering a blend of softness, comfort, and elegant simplicity that defines the heart of the home. Styled with our new Amira and Leora cushions, the look is complete — refined yet cozy, layered yet effortless.
For the dining area, Zoco Home Interior Design Studio selected Senza dining table , a recycled teak round table to complement the serene palette. The combination of wood, linen, and neutral tones creates a fluid connection between spaces, making the interior feel bright, warm, and welcoming.
Outdoor area
The outdoor terrace continues the same relaxed atmosphere found indoors. Here, we chose our Dara microcement table for its seamless finish, natural texture, and weather-resistant quality — ideal for life on the Costa del Sol. The soft seating and organic materials echo the calm aesthetic of Zoco Home, inviting slow moments under the Mediterranean sun.
Bedrooms and calm spaces
The bedrooms extend the home’s peaceful narrative. Designed with soft linens, layered textures, and a soothing color palette, they offer a true sense of retreat. In both rooms, hanging lamps were installed to enhance the lighting and add a warm, ambient glow. The result is a space that feels serene, balanced, and connected to nature.
