In the heart of Higuerón, Zoco Home has collaborated with Grupo Abu to furnish a three-bedroom apartment that perfectly reflects a new approach to contemporary living. Here, Zoco Home Interior Design proves once again that true luxury is not about excess, but about harmony, intention, and a sense of calm that resonates throughout the home. Aura Higuerón is a project that demonstrates how simplicity, when treated with craftsmanship and purpose, becomes the ultimate expression of refined living, inspired by Japandi style.

A design philosophy rooted in stillness and intention

The concept behind this home in Higuerón begins with the belief that spaces should feel elevated yet effortless. Zoco Home Interior Design focused on creating interiors where form and function exist in perfect equilibrium. The project draws from design principles that highlight natural textures, clean lines, soft organic forms and timeless materials. Instead of competing for attention, each element supports the overall mood of serenity—allowing the home to breathe.

Across the apartment, Zoco Home Interior Design embraces a restrained and warm palette. Earthy tones, tactile surfaces and handcrafted finishes build layers of comfort without visual noise. Every detail, from the furniture selections to the architectural volumes, reinforces a lifestyle that values clarity, balance and simplicity—essential qualities that define the atmosphere at Aura Higuerón.

Soft lines, natural textures and an elevated sense of comfort

In the living space, the design creates a grounded atmosphere, inviting residents to disconnect from the fast pace of daily life. Here, the Tarifa linen sofa, one of Zoco Home’s most loved pieces, brings a sense of warmth and refined comfort, shaping a space that feels instantly welcoming and lived-in. It is complemented by the Hazel Coffee Table and the new Tahlia collection, adding tactile surfaces and handcrafted charm for a balanced and complete look—an example of how thoughtful pieces can elevate a room quietly, without shouting for attention.

Natural woods, clean silhouettes and linen textiles introduce authenticity and a deep connection to nature. The forms remain organic and soft, encouraging fluidity between areas and an overall feeling of stillness. Nothing is excessive, yet everything has purpose—an approach that Zoco Home has become known for. The home in Higuerón demonstrates that interiors can be minimal and warm at the same time, offering structure without rigidity and comfort without clutter.

Considered interiors that flow together

One of the guiding ideas of the Zoco Home Interior Design team was to ensure that each room within Aura Higuerón feels connected to the next. This is achieved through consistency in tones, textures and materials. There is visual continuity, but also emotional continuity—spaces feel related, belonging to the same story and the same identity.

The bedrooms follow the same principles while introducing a deeper focus on warmth and natural craftsmanship. Wood tones, linen textures and handcrafted surfaces create rooms that feel cocooning and restorative. Pieces such as the Paros bedside table, Orya headboard, Soren floor headboard, or the Dougga nightstand reinforce a sense of grounded comfort, embracing the beauty of materials rather than decoration. These are rooms designed for slow mornings, unhurried evenings and restful nights—spaces that nurture and restore without distraction.

The dining and kitchen spaces

The dining area and kitchen continue this same philosophy of calm, tactile refinement. Clean silhouettes, handcrafted materials and warm tones turn everyday moments—morning routines, shared meals, late dinners—into grounding rituals. The space features the new Halea dining chair and the Elira bar stool, pieces that contribute a clean-lined, calming aesthetic inspired by Japandi style. Together, they bring harmony and refinement to one of the most social areas of the home, elevating dining not only through comfort but through design integrity.

An outdoor space designed to be lived in

The exterior of Aura Higuerón is an essential part of the project, reflecting the same design philosophy as the interiors.

A natural teak dining table anchors the terrace, offering a space for slow alfresco meals, morning coffee in the sun or long evenings with friends. The selection of organic textures and warm tones continues outside, allowing the transition from interior to exterior to feel effortless.

Just beyond the dining area, a relaxed lounge space takes shape with the Lagos modular two seater sofa and the Lagos modular chaise longue sofa. Their generous cushions, natural fabrics and rounded silhouette turn the terrace into a true retreat—a place to unwind, read, share meaningful conversations or simply breathe. The layout reinforces the connection with the surrounding landscape, embracing natural views and the calm lifestyle associated with Higuerón living.

A home that embraces the Higuerón lifestyle

Living in Higuerón means views to the sea, nature and a slower, sunlit way of life. Zoco Home Interior Design wanted this apartment to reflect that lifestyle, not just visually but emotionally. The interior is deeply connected to its surroundings, mirroring the calm exterior without reproducing it literally. Instead, it captures the essence: openness, warmth, mindfulness and a connection to nature.

Aura Higuerón is more than a furnished apartment—it is a philosophy brought to life. A demonstration that contemporary luxury can be expressed through restraint, craftsmanship, natural materials and meaningful design decisions.

A refined interpretation of Mediterranean calm

At its core, this project by Zoco Home is about creating a sense of stillness. The apartment in Higuerón it's filled with atmosphere and Japandi style. Light moves across smooth surfaces. Soft shadows define architectural lines. Organic textures create depth without decoration.

This is luxury that whispers rather than shouts.

Aura Higuerón stands as a testament to Zoco Home Interior Design’s signature approach: timeless, soulful spaces built on the beauty of simplicity and the emotional power of authentic materials.

A home designed to be lived slowly, thoughtfully and with purpose. Welcome to Aura Higuerón.
