The Nomad ceramic collection marks a return to Zoco Home’s roots. We have wanted to create a tableware collection for years, and our long-standing collaboration with a Moroccan ceramic factory has finally brought that idea to life. Inspired by Moroccan pottery, traditional patios, natural landscapes, and warm architecture, Nomad combines earthy colours, organic forms, and handmade ceramics designed for everyday use.
The collection brings the Zoco Home aesthetic to the table through natural tones, tactile finishes, and shapes with a distinctive character. More than just Moroccan tableware, Nomad is designed to work naturally with the materials, colours, and relaxed atmosphere found throughout the Zoco Home collection.

A ceramic collection inspired by Morocco
The Nomad ceramic collection takes inspiration from the landscapes and architecture of Morocco, from desert dunes and open horizons to traditional medinas and the warm earth of the Anti-Atlas. These references can be seen in the collection’s colours, textures, and organic forms, creating a ceramic collection with a warm and natural character.
The shapes are intentionally soft and slightly irregular, giving the pieces a relaxed appearance rather than a perfectly uniform finish. This sense of freedom is an important part of the Nomad concept, reflected in both the collection and its visual inspiration.
Handmade ceramics with their own character
Each piece is made from white clay in collaboration with a long-standing Moroccan ceramic factory and finished with care. The handcrafted process allows for subtle variations in shape, colour, texture, and finish, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. These natural variations are part of the character of handmade ceramics and make every plate, bowl, and cup feel individual and unique.
The result is Moroccan tableware with a tactile finish and distinctive shapes that work equally well for everyday meals and more considered table settings.

Three earthy colours inspired by Morocco
The colour palette of the Nomad ceramic collection is inspired by different elements of the Moroccan landscape, with three shades designed to bring warmth and versatility to the table.
Sand
Sand takes its inspiration from desert dunes. Fine speckles across the finish echo grains of sand, while its warm neutral tone works naturally with linen, wood, woven textures, and other natural materials. It is an easy, understated shade for everyday table settings.

Terracotta
Inspired by the warm walls of Morocco’s medinas, Terracotta adds depth and warmth to the collection. Its earthy tone works particularly well with the soft organic forms of the pieces, creating a table setting that feels warm and inviting without becoming overly formal.

Chocolate
Chocolate draws from the warm brown earth and rock formations of the Anti-Atlas. The deepest shade in the collection, it adds contrast and works well alongside lighter ceramics, natural wood, stone, and neutral textiles.

Together, Sand, Terracotta, and Chocolate create a versatile palette of Moroccan ceramics that can be used individually or combined to create a unique table setting.
Designed for everyday living
The Nomad ceramic collection includes 19cm and 25cm plates, 14cm and 22cm bowls, espresso cups, coffee cups, and serving plates. Plates, bowls, and cups are sold in sets of four, while serving plates are sold individually.
The cups have a distinctive shape that makes them versatile beyond coffee and suitable for serving sauces, dips, or other small portions. From morning coffee to shared dinners, the collection is designed to be practical enough for everyday use while bringing the character of handcrafted ceramics to the table.
As each piece is handmade, measurements and finishes may vary slightly between items. This is part of the natural character of the collection and means every piece is unique.
Organic forms for relaxed table settings
The organic forms of the Nomad collection bring a softer, more relaxed feel to the table. The different shades can be styled with natural materials such as linen, wood, stone, and woven textures, making the collection easy to incorporate into a range of interiors.
Sand creates a lighter, neutral setting, Terracotta introduces warmth, while Chocolate adds depth and contrast. Whether used for breakfast, coffee, lunch, or a long dinner with friends, the collection is designed around everyday moments and shared meals.

Organic shapes. Warm tones. Lasting style.
