An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Marketing Manager to join our vibrant marketing team.

This role is for a creative and passionate professional who loves home deco, design and fashion, and how these products and experiences can build excitement at the client level.

You will lead our marketing team and be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. To be successful in this role: You should have hands-on experience with marketing and analytical tools and use excellent creative and analytical skills to define and execute our marketing strategies.

Additionally, you have a strong marketing and commercial background with business-driven mindset and will constantly look for ways to improve our business and maintain our brand values.

 

Role And Responsibilities:

• Become the expert on our products, customers and market

• Evaluating and optimising marketing and sales strategies

• Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts

• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns

• Managing the marketing budget

• Managing the marketing team

• Planning key dates and commercial + marketing promotional events

• Preparing and presenting marketing and sales reports

• Increasing brand awareness and market share.

 

Requirements and skills:

• Degree in marketing, business or similar

• Minimum three years experience in similar position

• Strong understanding of SEO, social media & online marketing and e-commerce

• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding for both retail and services.

• Experience in B2C and B2B marketing and commercial strategies

• Proficiency in marketing automation softwares and web analytics tools

• Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns

• Superb leadership, communication and collaboration abilities

• A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy

• Must be located in the area of Malaga
