Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to join our growing team in Mijas, Malaga. This role is crucial in managing our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to our warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills, along with a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and process purchase orders
  • Monitor stock levels and place  timely orders.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, logistics, and accounting teams.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in Malaga area, Spain.
