Purchasing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to join our growing team in Mijas, Malaga. This role is crucial in managing our supply chain and ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, inventory management, and product management, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process purchase orders
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life
  • Analyze and manage procurement costs
  • Working closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teams
  •  

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the home decor or retail industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Office tools and ERP systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Strong English and Spanish skills
  • Need to locate in Malaga area
