Set in the exclusive surroundings of Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, Villa Madrugada is a refined luxury residence that captures the essence of mediterranean living. Designed and executed by Zoco Home, this project reflects a seamless balance between architecture, interior design, and natural materials. Located in one of the most sought-after areas of Marbella, the villa is a calm retreat where light, space, and texture define every corner. From the very beginning, Zoco Home brings its signature approach into the project, creating a home that feels both elevated and effortlessly lived-in.

At the heart of the villa, a double-height living space opens up with a sense of quiet grandeur. Natural light flows through the room, enhancing materials and creating a soft, layered atmosphere that defines mediterranean living. Suspended at different heights, the Tulum lampshades become a sculptural feature, guiding the eye from the entrance into the main living area. Their organic presence adds rhythm and movement, transforming the space into something both architectural and intimate. The living room is anchored by two Ibiza Haven linen sofas, placed facing each other to encourage connection and conversation. Between them, the Borneo lounge table introduces a relaxed yet refined touch. Underneath, the Aruba rug brings everything together, grounding the space with warmth and texture. Next to the fireplace, the Tulum cabinet and the Dawn wall art complete the composition, creating a corner that feels curated but never forced. This is where Zoco Home translates mediterranean living into a tangible experience, where every piece plays a role without overpowering the whole.

The bedrooms were designed by Zoco Home Interior Design Studio as serene, private retreats. Each space reflects a balance between softness and structure, where materials and custom elements define the atmosphere. Alongside the custom-made headboards, the Noele headboard stands out as a key piece, seamlessly blending modern design with cozy elegance. To add depth and a subtle ethnic touch, the Banana wall deco and Rattan deco baskets were carefully introduced, creating a layered aesthetic that feels natural, warm, and connected to mediterranean living. Every detail, from textiles to finishes, was curated by Zoco Home Interior Design Studio to ensure cohesion across all bedrooms, maintaining a calm and timeless identity throughout the villa.

In Marbella, outdoor spaces are not an addition, they are essential. At Villa Madrugada (see Project Gallery here), Zoco Home designed an exterior area that fully embraces mediterranean living. A built-in sofa, finished with Lagos cushions in different sizes, creates a relaxed and inviting lounge area where proportions feel effortless and lived-in. Under the pergola, the dining space comes to life with the Palu outdoor dining table paired with the Serene dining chairs, creating a balanced and welcoming setting for outdoor gatherings. This outdoor area becomes a true extension of the home, where Zoco Home once again brings its vision of mediterranean living into every detail.

What defines Villa Madrugada is its cohesion. Every space, every material, and every piece of furniture has been carefully considered by Zoco Home Interior Design Studio to create a unified and harmonious home.

In Marbella, where luxury often leans towards excess, Zoco Home takes a more refined approach through natural textures, soft tones, and timeless design. The result is a home that reflects a quieter, more authentic interpretation of mediterranean living. Villa Madrugada is not just a home, but a lifestyle shaped by light, comfort, and thoughtful design, where Zoco Home once again defines what it means to truly live mediterranean living in Marbella.
