Through a complete redesign of the layout, thoughtful architecture, and carefully selected materials, the property was transformed into a home full of character, light, and connection—where movement flows naturally between spaces and indoor and outdoor living feel seamlessly connected.

Kitchen & Living Area
The original layout divided key living spaces, limiting both functionality and connection. By rethinking the floor plan and opening the flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living room, the home was transformed into a welcoming social hub designed around family gatherings, natural movement, and everyday Mediterranean living.
Master Bedroom
The master suite was reconfigured to create a clearer separation between the sleeping area, dressing room, and bathroom. The result is a calm and spacious retreat where natural materials, soft textures, and thoughtful planning come together to enhance comfort, privacy, and wellbeing.
Basement
What was once a dark and disconnected lower level became a bright and multifunctional extension of the home. Designed to accommodate fitness, entertainment, and relaxation, the new basement combines smart lighting, carefully selected materials, and bespoke architectural details to create a space that feels just as inviting as the main living areas.
